Buyer

The person identified by the first name, last name, address, email, and phone number entered in the payment form during the order (hereinafter “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Contract

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price, and payment

The product type, quantity, sale price (VAT included) and payment method are shown in the order summary and the Pre‑Information Form. Payment is processed through iyzico’s secure payment system; the Seller does not see or store card details. The invoice is issued as an e‑Archive invoice and sent to the Buyer’s email address.

In the event of an obvious error in the product price or stock information on the site (e.g., appearing much lower than the actual price due to a technical error), the Seller may cancel the order. In this case, the Buyer is immediately informed and the amount paid is refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Shipping: 99.90 TL (incl. VAT) for orders under 500 TL; free for 500 TL and above

4. Delivery

The product is shipped via HepsiJet to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. Delivery time: orders are usually dispatched the same day, at most within 2 business days; after dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. For custom‑printed items, the dispatch date is the date stated in the quote. This period cannot exceed the legal maximum of 30 days. If the order cannot be delivered within this time, the Buyer will be notified; the Buyer may terminate the contract and receive a refund within 14 days.

If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the Buyer, the Seller is not liable if the recipient refuses the delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the designated recipient, without giving any reason or paying a penalty. Withdrawal rights and exceptions Right of Return and Withdrawal explained on the page.

In case of withdrawal, when the product is sent back using the HepsiJet return code provided by the Seller via email, the return shipping cost is the Seller’s responsibility. The paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer’s card within 14 days of the Seller receiving the withdrawal notice. The Buyer is liable for any loss of value resulting from use beyond normal purpose.

6. Situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

For custom products made according to the buyer’s requests or personal needs, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under the Distance Contracts Regulation. Ready‑catalog items in the store are not subject to this restriction.

6a. Defective product

If the product is defective, the Buyer may, under Law No. 6502, choose to cancel the contract, receive a discount proportional to the defect, obtain free repair, or exchange for a non‑defective item. In this case all costs, including shipping, are borne by the Seller.

7. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards in the Buyer’s residence or where the transaction occurred have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; disputes exceeding those limits are subject to mandatory consumer mediation before the Consumer Courts assume authority.

8. Effective date

Buyer, before confirming the order, this agreement and Pre-Information Formacknowledges that they have read and agreed to. The contract becomes effective upon order confirmation.
