Mandatory records

We keep the following records in your browser for the site to function; no consent is required for these, and they do not send usage data to us or third parties:

• Cart: items and quantities in your cart (stored in the browser’s local storage).
• Cookie Preference: information about whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.
• Sales rep: your chat history and the ID of the STL you uploaded are stored only in this tab’s storage (sessionStorage, name astra-agent); it is deleted when you close the tab.

Analytic cookies — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to improve the site. These cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) is only loaded if you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, the analytics script is never loaded.

Customization — only with your consent, only on your device

On the cookie banner “Personalization” If you check the box, we’ll store the following information in your browser on this device to show you relevant products. The box is unchecked by default; if you don’t check it, none of this data is stored.

• What is kept: codes and product groups of the last 30 products you viewed, the time spent on that product page while the tab was open, whether you added a product to the cart, and the last 10 words you searched for on the site. Your name, email, address, or payment information is not included in this record.
• Where it's kept: only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, name flexilab-interest). This information is not sent to our servers or third parties; we cannot see it either.
• What it's used for: to display the “For You” and “Continue Where You Left Off” sections on the homepage and to rank suggestions on the cart page.
• How much is kept: each record is kept for a maximum of 30 days; older ones are automatically deleted.
• How to return: Just uncheck the box and save it via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page; the record is deleted from this device immediately. Deleting the site data in your browser does the same.
• Where your selection appears: Whether you gave consent is also stored on this device (flexilab-personal), so the banner does not reappear on every page.

The “Customers also bought” section on product pages is not personalized: it’s calculated from the total number of product pairs that appeared together in past orders and is the same for everyone. Buyer information is not used; only products that appeared together in at least three orders are shown.

Font

The fonts in the headings are loaded from our own server; no third parties are contacted and no cookies are set.

Change your preference

Changes in this version (Oct 13, 2026)

• The font is now loaded from the site itself instead of Google Fonts.
