Current promotions

There is currently no active promotion.

General

• Promotions are valid only for orders on flexilabcreative.com. They do not apply to our Trendyol, Amazon, or Hepsiburada stores.
• Each campaign has a start and end time. Times are in Turkey time.
• You’ll see the discount in the cart, but the amount is recalculated by our server at checkout. The promotion is valid if you complete payment before it ends. Simply adding to the cart isn’t enough.
• Discounted products (those shown with a strikethrough price) are excluded from all promotions.
• We will not raise the prices of promotional items during the promotion.
• If we detect abuse of the promotion (e.g., coupon gathering with fake accounts), we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.

Buy 3, pay for 2

• For promotional items (those with a 'buy 3 pay for 2' badge), the cheapest of every three items you add to the cart is free.
• Products are sorted from highest to lowest price. Every 3rd, 6th, 9th… item is free. Example: if you buy 6 items, the free ones are the 3rd and 6th items in the list, not the two cheapest.
• You can also buy 3 of the same item, and mix in different promotional items. Items outside the scope are not counted.

Buy both together

• If the two items shown in the “Buy both together” box on the product page are purchased in the same order, a discount is applied at the rate indicated on the combined total.
• Discount applies per pair. Example: if you buy 2 × A and 1 × B, the discount applies to one pair.

Cart rewards

• Surprise gift: a free gift item is added to your order if your cart total exceeds the specified threshold after discounts are applied. The gift is limited to stock availability. If stock runs out, no gift is added and no other right arises.
• Next order coupon: a discount coupon is issued to you when your payment is completed if your cart total exceeds the specified threshold after discounts are applied. The code appears on the thank you page (FLX- and 8 characters). Note down the code.
• Thresholds are based on order total. Shipping cost does not count toward the threshold.

Coupons

• Coupons are single-use. They are valid for the number of days specified in the campaign, starting from the date of issue.
• To use a coupon, the cart total must exceed the minimum threshold specified in the campaign. The threshold applies to the amount after discounts are deducted.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. They cannot be used with other coupons.
• Enter the coupon in the "Coupon code" box in your cart. When checkout begins, the coupon is reserved for your order for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed, the coupon becomes available for reuse.

Can promotions be combined?

• "Buy 3, pay for 2" and "Buy both together" cannot be combined. If your cart qualifies for both, the one offering the greater discount will be applied.
• Coupons are not combined with campaign discounts. The higher value is applied. If the coupon's own terms state otherwise, those terms prevail.
• Cart rewards and free shipping combine with every promotion. All are applied after discounts.

Return and withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal and return process are the same for promotional orders; details Right of Return and Withdrawal on the page. The refunded amount for a promotional order is calculated as follows:

• The amount you paid for each product is refundable. The promotional discount is applied proportionally to the prices of the items in the promotion. Each line in your order shows what you actually paid for that product. Example: you bought 3 keychains worth 229 TL each, and with ‘buy 3 pay for 2’ you paid 458 TL. The amount you paid per keychain is 152.67 TL. If you return one, 152.67 TL will be refunded. No additional charge will be requested for the remaining items.
• Buy both together: If you return a product from the package, the amount for that item is refunded. No additional charge is required for the remaining items.
• Order with coupon applied: coupon discounts are also distributed across line items. The amount allocated to the returned product is refunded. The coupon does not become reusable.
• Gift item: you do not need to return the gift. Even if your cart falls below the threshold due to a partial refund, the value of the gift is not deducted from the refund amount.
• Shipping: Even if the remaining amount after a partial return falls below the free‑shipping threshold, you won’t be charged shipping later.
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, the promotion does not apply; your statutory consumer rights remain fully valid.
